1. Products and Services:  We offer a variety of jewellery items for sale, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other accessories. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes, and materials. However each piece is handmade so therefore light variations in shape, color, and composition are part of what makes each piece unique.

2. Order Acceptance: Once you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or issues with payment.

3. Pricing and Payment:  All prices on our website are listed in 'euro', and are subject to change without notice. Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods (such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges may apply in addition to the listed product prices.

4. Shipping and Delivery: Each piece is individually handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted. Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible once they are made but we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

5. Returns and Exchanges:  We don't accept returns or exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (max. 3 days after receiving it) We will arrange a replacement.
